What this helps you do¶
Put your agency's name, logo, and link on the work you hand to clients, in place of Hi, Moose's. It covers exported PDF reports and the embedded audio player.
Find it in Settings → Branding. It's available on every paid plan — BYOK Premium, BYOK Agency, and all managed plans. The free plans don't include it.
Only the subscription owner can change branding
Team members can't edit it, but they do export with the saved branding. Set it once on the owner account and everyone on the team produces branded output.
Turning it on¶
Toggle Use my branding on exports. You need to enter an agency name before the toggle will turn on.
Report branding¶
When branding is on, the visibility report and AEO audit PDFs carry your branding on the cover and in the footers.

Upload a logo that reads clearly on the cover color you picked. If the file is over 300 KB or isn't a usable PNG or JPEG, Hi, Moose will tell you rather than silently accepting it.
Audio embed attribution¶
This is the part built specifically for agencies. Embedded audio players that your clients place on their sites can carry your attribution, linked back to you.
- Audio embed attribution — the text on the player. Leave it empty and it uses "Audio by" plus your agency name.
- Attribution link — a full
https://address. Leave it empty and it reuses your main branding link.
Every client page carrying one of your players becomes a real link back to your site. That's a genuine acquisition channel, and it's something agencies can sell as part of the engagement.
Attribution applies to embed code copied after saving
Saving new branding doesn't rewrite embeds already on client sites. Copy the embed code again after saving to pick up the change.
Saving¶
Click Save branding. If the save fails, check your connection and try again — branding is stored on your account, not just this device, so it follows you to a new install and applies to every team member's exports.
