Team Management¶
What this helps you do¶
Invite collaborators to a shared Hi, Moose workspace, control who has access, and manage existing members.
Availability
Team management is available on plans with more than one user seat. BYOK Free and single-seat plans don't show this section — see Account Types & Modes for seat limits per plan.
Inviting a team member¶
- Open Settings → Team.
- Enter the new member's email address and send an invite.
- The invite appears under pending invitations until it's accepted.
- Invited members join as team members (not owners) and share the team's plan and projects once they accept.
Viewing your team¶
The team list shows each member's email, role (owner or member), and access status, so you can see at a glance who has access to your projects.
Removing a member¶
Removing a member immediately revokes their access. Content they created (briefs, drafts, publish history) stays with the team — nothing is deleted when someone is removed.
Roles¶
- Owner — manages billing, invites and removes members, and has full access to all projects.
- Member — uses all workspace features but can't manage billing or team membership.
Notes¶
- Only the account owner can invite, remove, or manage team members.
- Team members share the owner's plan and its usage limits.
