What this helps you do¶

This is the workflow recipe for new content — instead of reacting to a visibility drop, it proactively scans your tracked topics on a schedule and stages new content for the sub-topics you don't cover yet.

Building the workflow¶

The workflow reads as one sentence, built from these choices:

On a [daily / twice daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly] basis, find new sub-topics under [all topics / a specific tracked topic], and create a content brief, a first draft, and up to [1–5] posts, then [notify me / publish (coming soon)].

• Cadence — how often this workflow scans for content gaps.
• Topic scope — all your tracked visibility topics, or just one.
• Post count — how many brief-plus-draft sets to generate per run, up to 5.
• Final action — notify me when new drafts are ready for review. Publish is planned but not available yet.

Deep research on paid managed plans¶

On a Paid Managed workspace, this workflow automatically includes deeper competitor and answer-engine research in every brief and draft it generates. On Preview Mode and BYOK plans, you'll see a note that upgrading to a paid managed workspace unlocks this automatic deep research — the workflow still runs and generates content without it, just without that extra competitive grounding step.

How it runs¶

Unlike Recover Lost Visibility, this workflow can be triggered on demand: click Run now to run it immediately using your current settings, in addition to its normal schedule. If new sub-topics worth acting on are found, Hi, Moose tells you and links straight to your Inbox; if nothing new turns up, it tells you that too rather than staging filler content.

Where the results go¶

Every run's briefs and drafts are staged as real content briefs and drafts, reviewable the same way as anything else generated by Hi, Moose — nothing is published without your review, even with "publish" selected once that option ships.
