What this helps you do

Invite collaborators to a shared Hi, Moose workspace, control who has access, and manage existing members.

Availability

Team management is available on plans with more than one user seat. Preview Mode and BYOK Free are capped at the account owner alone and don't show this section. BYOK Premium allows up to 10 seats, BYOK Agency up to 25, and managed plans are uncapped — see Account Types & Plans.

Inviting a team member

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Enter the new member's email address and send an invite.
  3. They receive an email with a link. Opening it and signing in with the invited address puts them straight into your workspace. There is nothing for them to set up: your projects, brand context, and tracking are already there.
  4. The invite appears under pending invitations until they sign in. Invites hold a seat for 14 days, then expire.

Members join as team members, not owners. They share the team's plan, allowance, and projects.

If the person already uses Hi, Moose

Someone who already has a free Hi, Moose account can still accept the link. Their own workspace is archived, not deleted, and their account moves onto your team. If you remove them later, their old workspace comes back.

An account that has its own paid plan, or that already owns a team with other members, cannot join until that is resolved. The link explains which applies.

Viewing your team

The team list shows each member's email, role (owner or member), and access status, so you can see at a glance who has access to your projects.

Removing, suspending, and reactivating

  • Remove takes a member off the team. They keep their account and land in a workspace of their own the next time they sign in. You can invite them again later.
  • Suspend locks the account. They cannot sign in at all until you reactivate them. Suspended members are listed under the team so you can bring them back.
  • Reactivate restores a suspended member to the team, seat permitting.

Content a member created (briefs, drafts, publish history) stays with the team either way. Nothing is deleted when someone leaves.

Roles

  • Owner — manages billing, invites and removes members, and has full access to all projects.
  • Member — uses all workspace features but can't manage billing or team membership.

Notes

  • Only the account owner can invite, remove, suspend, or reactivate team members.
  • Team members share the owner's plan and its usage limits.
  • The invite is tied to the email address it was sent to. Signing in with a different address does not accept it.
