What this helps you do

Library is where every durable artifact Hi, Moose generates for a project gets saved — briefs, drafts, key points, FAQs, and AEO audits — so you can find and reuse them later instead of regenerating from scratch or losing track of them in a chat transcript.

What's saved here

Each Library item shows its type:

  • Content Brief
  • Draft
  • Key Points
  • FAQs
  • AEO Audit

Every item shows its name and when it was saved, and can be found again with the search box or by sorting the list (Recent activity or Name).

Items load newest first, 50 at a time, so a large library stays fast rather than trying to render everything at once.

Grid or list view

Switch between a grid of cards and a compact list view depending on how you like to scan a growing library. Your choice is remembered between sessions.

Opening an item

  • AEO Audits open in a read-only view (Open) — an audit is a point-in-time record, not something you edit after the fact.
  • Content Briefs, Drafts, Key Points, and FAQs open in an editor (Edit) — you can revise the content directly, and for FAQs, choose whether the FAQ schema markup should auto-update to match your edits.

Exporting

Every item can be Exported in multiple formats:

  • Markdown (.md)
  • HTML + Schema (.txt) — for FAQs, includes both the FAQ HTML and the FAQPage schema markup ready to copy and paste.
  • Word Document (.doc)
  • PDF
  • Plain Text (.txt)

Exported AEO audits keep the Hi, Moose PDF report theme, or your own if you've set up white-label branding.

Private items

On paid plans with team seats, Library items are shared with your team by default. Marking an item private keeps it visible only to you, which is useful for work in progress you don't want a client or teammate acting on yet.

Removing an item

Remove permanently deletes the saved artifact from your library. Hi, Moose asks you to confirm first, since this can't be undone.

Cloud sync

Library items carry a per-item Synced or Local only badge, so you can tell at a glance which artifacts exist in more than one place.

Cloud sync backs up your briefs, drafts, and other artifacts so they're reachable across devices and survive anything happening to this machine. It's available on every paid plan, including paid BYOK plans — a BYOK Premium team gets a shared library, not one stranded on whichever machine produced each artifact.

Preview Mode and BYOK Free stay local only, which is what keeps the free plans free of cloud cost.

Where items come from

Library items are created wherever you generate them — Content Briefs, FAQ Generator, Key Points Extractor, Drafts, AEO Audits, and Workflows runs — and from Chat, where you can attach a saved Library item as context for a new conversation.
