Chats (History)

What this helps you do

The Chats section (labeled "Chat History" on the screen itself) is where you browse, reopen, rename, or delete previous conversations. It's the one place to manage every saved chat thread instead of losing older conversations once you start a new one.

Not the same as publish/content history

Chats is specifically your conversation history — saved chat transcripts you can reopen and continue. It is not a log of published content changes or visibility outcomes; that kind of traceability is covered separately.

Finding a previous chat

Each saved chat in the list shows:

  • Its title (renameable — see below).
  • When it was last updated.
  • Which specialist, if any, was active in that thread.

Click Open chat to reopen a session exactly where you left off, with its full transcript restored.

Renaming a chat

Click the rename action on any chat to give it a clearer title than the auto-generated one — useful once you have several saved threads about different topics or pages.

Deleting a chat

Deleting a chat removes its saved transcript from local history permanently. Hi, Moose asks you to confirm first, since this can't be undone.

Starting fresh vs. continuing

You don't have to dig into Chats every time — the chat composer itself has a session selector showing your current session and shortcuts to recent ones, plus a New chat action any time you want to start over. Chats is there for when you want the full list, or need to find something further back.
