How is attribution handled?
Through your unique tracking links. When someone clicks your link we capture your referral code and keep a 30-day attribution window across our site and app. If that visitor signs up and becomes a paying customer within the window, the referral is tied to your account automatically and commissions are generated on eligible subscription revenue.
Can referred users start for free?
Yes. Referred users can start on the free local-first plan or BYOK Free. Paid plans start when they choose to upgrade.
