A one-minute introduction

Hi. I'm Moose.

Good to meet you. When people ask AI about what to buy and who to trust, I work hard to get you in the answer. And I do it right here on your laptop. Give me a minute and I'll tell you how I got here.

Scroll. I'll walk you through it

The original.
Where my name comes from

I'm named after a dog.

The original Moose belongs to the person who built me. OG Moose lies under the desk for every late night of building this. Chin on his paws, completely unbothered by AI search. Steady, loyal, always there.

When it came time to build me, the goal was something that felt like that. So I carry Moose's name, and I do my best to carry his temperament too.

Why I exist

Watching isn't the hard part.

Plenty of tools will chart your AI visibility. For smaller teams, even that gets expensive fast. But suppose you pay up. You get a dashboard, and one morning the dashboard says you slipped. Then what?

Then it's all you. AI search is new enough that nobody hands you a playbook, tactically or strategically. Work out why, write something worth citing, keep it in your voice, publish it, then watch to see if any of it moved the number. The dashboard clocked out five steps ago.

Which is exactly why I exist. I don't stop at telling you what happened. I stay for the part that moves the number.

The receipts

I go look. I don't guess.

Ask a chatbot how your website is doing and it will read the page and hand you advice it never tests. My audits work differently. I fetch your pages the way the AI crawlers do, and I find what's silently keeping you out of answers: a robots.txt rule quietly turning away OpenAI's search crawler. Content that only appears after JavaScript runs, which most AI crawlers don't execute. A page Bing never indexed, so Copilot has never heard of you.

Every recommendation I make carries a label. Proven, directional, or best practice, so you always know how much evidence sits behind it. I don't push tricks the research has debunked. And when your page is in good shape, I say so and move on. A short list you can trust beats a long one that's padding.

A real audit. Not a vibe check.

What I found
Your robots.txt blocks OAI-SearchBot. ChatGPT can't cite what it can't fetch. Proven
Your pricing table only renders with JavaScript. OpenAI's and Perplexity's crawlers won't run it. Proven
Your answer sits halfway down the page. Engines mostly cite the top third. Directional
3 recommendations. That's everything this page needs.
Where I live

Your laptop first. Cloud when you say so.

Most AI tools phone home to some data center. I start somewhere quieter: right here on your machine, running a real model, your work staying local by default. The cloud is there when you want it, for backup or a managed plan, but it is always your call.

The everyday default. Strong briefs and insights with no perceptible wait. Most people stay here.

What I do all day

So, what's my job around here?

It is one tight loop, start to finish. Most tools stop at a dashboard and wish you luck. I go all the way around it, and I never ship a thing without your approval.

I watch where you stand.
On your preferred schedule, I ask the engines the questions that matter to you: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google.
I notice when you slip.
The moment you lose an answer, I flag exactly where and when.
I write the fix.
A grounded brief and the edit, drafted locally, in your voice. When the fix lives off your site, I point that out too.
I wait for your nod.
You review a clean diff and approve. Nothing goes live without you.
Then I ship it, and watch.
Straight to your CMS, then I keep an eye on whether it worked.

Who I work with

Here's who keeps me busy.

Every team uses me a little differently. These are the three people I hear from most.

If you make the content
The content marketer

Come find me at the start of a piece. I'll dig up what the engines are citing on your topic and rough out a brief and a first draft in your voice, so the research is done before you sit down to write. Every word still goes through you.

If you live in the rankings
The SEO or AEO pro

Hand me your prompt list and I'll run it through the answer engines on a schedule, every day if you want. And when you're deciding what to adjust, my audits are grounded in current research on what earns citations, so every recommendation comes with the evidence behind it.

If you run the place
The small business owner

You've got a business to run, so I won't bury you in homework. I'll keep you posted on where you stand in AI search, and when something's worth doing I'll write it up as a task your team can pick up.

What it feels like

Less dashboard. More coworker.

I'm an AI agent, not a tool you have to wrangle. I greet you when you log on, I remember your projects and your voice, and I'll talk shop as long as you want. On a local model, that runs unlimited and costs you nothing.

haha yeah. what'd I miss?
honestly? quiet night. Claude dropped you from “ai visibility tools” around 9pm, that's the only real slip. ChatGPT and Gemini both held, and you picked up a fresh AI Overview. want me to draft a brief to win the Claude one back, or just keep watching it?
