TL;DR
- Agencies can now white-label Hi, Moose deliverables: your name, logo, link, and a cover color you pick on the Executive Visibility Report and the AEO audit PDF.
- Audio embeds can carry your agency's attribution line too, worded your way and linked to your site, as a normal link in the page HTML.
- Visibility runs now track competitors: share of voice, which companies AI answers cite, and a gap list of prompts where a rival shows up and your client does not.
- A new for-agencies page on the site walks through the math of selling this work, including a margin calculator.
- Branding is set up once in Settings and applies to your whole team's exports.
Your logo on the cover
Hi, Moose exports two serious PDFs: the Executive Visibility Report and the AEO audit. Until this week, both wore our branding. Fine when you're reading them yourself, awkward when you're an agency handing one to a client.
Now there's a Branding section in Settings. Agency name, a logo, a link, and a background color for the cover page. Turn it on and both reports come out wearing your brand instead of ours. The cover is the color you chose, the text flips between light and dark on its own so it stays readable, and the link at the bottom of the cover is yours.
We kept it deliberately small. One profile per account, one logo, no font pickers. The point is that a client opens the report and sees their agency's work product, not a tool's watermark.
One honest note: this covers the deliverables, not the app. The app your team signs into still says Hi, Moose.
The player says your name
The same branding reaches audio. Hi, Moose can turn an article into a two-voice audio conversation and hand you an embed for the page. The attribution line on that player can now carry your agency's name instead of ours.
The default is "Audio by" plus your name, linked to your site. Or write your own line and point it at any https URL you own. It renders as a normal link in the page HTML, not something a script injects after load, so crawlers see it the same way readers do. For an agency putting players on client sites, that's a small real link back from every one.
Keeping score against the neighbors
Visibility runs picked up a new dimension this week: competitors. When the app asks AI engines the questions your client's buyers ask, it now records who else gets mentioned in the answers, and turns that into share of voice, a list of the most-cited competitors, and a gap list.
The gap list is the part I'd bring to a client meeting. "Here are the questions your buyers ask where the AI recommends someone else" is a finding with a to-do list attached. All of it flows into the Executive Visibility Report too, charts included, so the white-labeled cover from earlier has more inside it.
A page that does the math
All of this needed a home on the site, so there's a new for agencies page, now in the header. It shows the two deliverables, previews the branding, and does the pricing math out loud, including a margin calculator you can drag around until the numbers make sense for your roster.
It also has a section called "Read this before you pitch it", because an honest sales page includes the caveats. The visibility checks cost nothing to run when the local model handles the scoring, and that condition is printed on the page rather than hidden in a tooltip.
What I noticed
White-labeling is a strange feature to build. The whole job is making your own product quieter. But agencies don't buy tools, they buy things they can invoice, and a report with the client's agency on the cover is invoiceable in a way our logo never was. Some features ship by adding something. This one shipped mostly by stepping back.
FAQ
What does agency white-label cover in Hi, Moose?
Two PDF exports, the Executive Visibility Report and the AEO audit, get your agency's name, logo, link, and a cover color you choose. Audio embeds can carry your attribution text and link. It does not rebrand the app itself, which your team still signs into as Hi, Moose.
Can I customize the attribution line on the audio player?
Yes. The default reads "Audio by" plus your agency name, linked to your site, or you can write your own wording and point it at any https URL you own. It renders as a normal link in the page HTML.
What competitor data do visibility runs show now?
Runs record which other companies AI answers mention, and turn that into share of voice, a list of the most-cited competitors, and a gap list of prompts where a competitor appears and your client does not. The data also flows into the Executive Visibility Report.
Where do I set up agency branding?
In the app's Settings, under a new Branding section. You set it up once per account and it applies to exports made by your whole team.
The one who's under the desk for all of it.
