Bring your own brief
Every new draft in Hi, Moose starts from a well-researched content brief. Moose can build that brief for you: a primary target query, a template type, a review of live search results and answer-engine snapshots, then a structured outline. That is still the default option.
Now there is a second option as well. When the brief card comes up in chat, it offers two modes: "Create a brief for me", and "I have a brief". If you pick the second one, you can paste the brief in, or attach a file. Markdown, plain text, Word documents and PDFs all work. The primary target query is optional in this mode. Leave it blank and Moose will auto determine the primary query you're targeting from the title.
You can also skip the card. Tell Moose in chat something like "here is my brief, write a blog post from it" with the brief pasted below, and the card opens already filled in with what you sent.
One thing to keep in mind. A generated brief carries evidence: which pages rank, what people also ask, which secondary keywords the competition covers. A supplied brief carries whatever you put in it. If you already write good briefs, awesome. Otherwise, you can also still have Moose generate a brief and merge into what you have for a final version.
Import a brief into the Library
The same thing works outside chat. The Library toolbar has an Import brief button. Paste or attach the brief, pick the content type it is for (blog post, glossary post, landing page, solutions page, or product feature page), give it a title or let the first heading stand in, and save. It saves to the Library as a content brief, and the Generate draft action in its drawer works the same as it does for a brief Moose created.
This is the one we expect agencies to use. A brief from a client, a brief from last quarter, a brief a strategist wrote in a Google Doc: bring it in, and the draft comes out of the same pipeline as everything else.
Resend or cancel an invite
Pending invites in Settings, under Team, now have two buttons for Account Owners: Resend and Cancel invite. Resend sends the email again with the same link. Cancel stops the link from working and frees the seat right away. More details on team management are in the docs.
ChatGPT and Grok local fetch
Two fixes for the visibility checks that run from your own machine. For ChatGPT, Moose now watches the page from outside it and takes the answer as soon as it has settled, with a hard cap so a stalled page never holds up the rest of the run. For Grok, real answers that happened to contain certain interface words were being set aside as empty. They are read correctly now. If either engine had been giving you thin results lately, this should now be resolved. Thanks to the folks who recently pointed out the Grok issue.

Can I use my own content brief instead of having Moose generate one?
Yes. When the brief card appears in chat, choose I have a brief, then paste the text or attach a Markdown, text, Word, or PDF file. Moose keeps it as written and drafts from it.
Does a supplied brief cost anything?
No. Saving a supplied brief skips the research step and makes no model call, so it spends none of your allowance. Generating the draft from it costs what a draft normally costs.
Where do imported briefs go?
Into the Artifact Library, under content briefs. Use the Import brief button on the Library toolbar, and generate a draft from the brief's drawer whenever you are ready.
Can I cancel a team invite I sent by mistake?
Yes. Account Owners can cancel any pending invite from Settings, under Team. The link stops working and the seat is freed immediately. Resend is there too if the email went astray.
